- The Green Point Stadium Visitor Centre is an initiative of the 2010 Stadium construction JV - Murray & Roberts & WBHO - together with the City of Cape Town.
- The Visitor Centre is the focal point of the 2010 experience in the Western Cape. Its aim is to inspire and inform locals and tourists about progress with the 2010 Stadium, and build enthusiasm towards Cape Town as a host City for the 2010 FIFA WORLD CUP. INHOUSE VTM has entered into a preferred supplier and technical management support agreement with the venue, ensuring that all events within the complex receive top class technical support from the INHOUSEVTM team. The contract has been in place since March 2009.
- The venue offers a wide variety of eventing options from the presidential suite of the old Green Point Stadium - a dynamic soccer-themed venue, offering a tantalizing take on the 2010 FIFA World Cup - to the spacious foyer area. There is also a 130 seater auditorium, fully equipped boardroom, viewing deck, construction room and adaptable outdoor space.

- Southern Sun Newlands has recently undergone a multi-million rand upgrade to the banqueting rooms and parking area.
- The Southern Sun Newlands Hotel also boasts very well equipped and adequate conference and meetings facilities. The hotel has 6 well appointed meeting rooms; 2 situated on the ground floor and 4 on the first floor as well as a range of conference packages.

- Cape Town's dynamic fashion venue "The Runway" has entered into a preferred supplier contract with INHOUSE VTM to handle all of their technical requirements as of February 2008.
- The sophisticated new venue is situated in the Fairweather building in Woodstock and has established a space for Companies, Designers and Artists to launch and showcase their products as well as providing training and development for the modelling industry.
- With a state of the art permanent lighting system, advanced sound equipment, seating for over 300, bar areas and large backstage area, the venue is also well-suited for conference use. This energetic and creative space with its 20m configurable runway is set to take the South Africa Fashion industry by storm.

Technical Management portfolio. As preferred supplier,
INHOUSE VTM facilitates all technical requirements within
the venue.

- On the 1st of
December, 2006, INHOUSE Venue Technical Management finalised
a preferred supplier agreement with the luxury five-star
Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel, Cape Town. This beautifully appointed five
star hotel enjoys a prime waterfront position and is within
a few minutes stroll of the world famous Victoria &
Alfred Waterfront, the shopping and entertainment hub of
the city.
- INHOUSE has
offices and staff onsite to facilitate any technical requirements
within the hotel. Apart from the Tobago Restaurant, the
hotel has two modular air conditioned conference venues
which can accommodate 140 delegates each and the Harbour
View room with superb views overlooking the hotel's private
marina which has become one of Cape Towns most popular function
rooms and is ideal for wedding receptions, cocktail parties,
product launches and banquets.

- On the 1st of October, 2005, INHOUSE Cape Town added to their Venue Technical Management contracts with the new Lagoon Beach Hotel . INHOUSE is the preferred supplier and handles all the onsite equipment.
- Lagoon
Beach Hotel has 9 potential venues including: The Atlantic
suite 1 and 2 seating up to 350 pax; the Court yard suites
1 and 2 seating up to 150 pax , and 2 boardrooms with excellent
views of the bay and Table mountain. Lastly the Ice bar
venue is as trendy as it can get!

June 2003, INHOUSE Venue Technical Management signed a
contract with the Westin Grand Arabella Quays Hotel to provide
"preferred supplier" rental equipment as well as manage
the technical facilities at Westin Grand.

The
Westin Grand has facilities such as the 450 seater Grand Ballroom,
10 breakaway rooms over 2 levels as well as a smoking
lounge and restaurant. This 5 star hotel prides itself
on being one of the most technologically advanced hotels
in SA. Two of the rooms offer video conferencing and integrated
remotes that control all aspects of the room.

- Since August 2007, IVTM has been facilitating all technical requirements for the Sheraton Pretoria Hotel. Perfectly situated with sweeping views across the lawns of the magnificent Union Buildings - seat of government in the nation's administrative capital city - the Sheraton Pretoria is within the immediate vicinity of more than 100 embassies, as well as the Reserve Bank and most government ministries.
- The hotel offers 175 luxurious rooms, including 36 Club Rooms, 13 Deluxe Rooms, 6 Diplomatic Suites and one Presidential Suite.
- The Business Centre features a fully equipped office, two meeting rooms and a boardroom. Naturally, internet and e-mail facilities are available, along with secretarial services and all the equipment you'd be likely to need.

- In July 2007 IVTM was awarded the tender to provide Presentation Services to the Sandton Convention Centre as well as manage the technical facilities at the SCC.
- The 12-storey building has more than 22 000 m² of meeting, exhibition and special-event space. Multiple events can be staged simultaneously on four levels and up to 10 000 visitors can be accommodated at any one time. Room capacities range from a 10-seat function room to the Pavilion, which can cater for 4 500 cocktail guests.
- IVTM has a crew complement of 10 permanently based at the SCC.

- On 1st Nov 2004 , IVTM (Durban) was awarded a "preferred supplier" contract with Sibaya Casino and Entertainment Kingdom to manage the staffing and technical services for the venue. This facility caters to exhibitions, conferences, banquets, product launches and other functions.
- Other specialised event venues onsite include the multi level Krakatoa Club and 593-seater Izulu Theatre.

- In Oct 2004 IVTM (Durban) signed a "preferred supplier"
contract to supply technical equipment and services to Durban's
new uShaka Marine World.
- The family-oriented Theme park hosts conferences, a variety of
live entertainment and corporate functions, in addition to 3 daily
marine shows .

- In January 2001, IVTM was awarded a contract to provide
“preferred supplier“ rental equipment as well as manage the technical
facilities at Emperors Palace in Kempton Park.
- These facilities include the 1,500-seater Circus Maximus multi-purpose
Theatre, as well as a vast Convention Resort with numerous meeting
rooms and facilities, and venues such as “Monsoon Lagoon”.

City to provide “preferred supplier “ rental equipment as well as
manage the technical facilities at Carnival City.
- IVTM has a crew complement of 14 permanently based at Carnival
City.
- Carnival City has facilities such as the 5,000 seater Big Top
multi-purpose Arena, the 400 seater Mardi Gras Theatre, Rio meeting
rooms, a Sports Bar, etc.
