Standard Terms and Conditions of Business

Interpretation |
| 1.1 |
"INHOUSEVTM" shall mean INHOUSE Venue Technical Management (Pty) Limited, registration number 2003/010503/07. |
| 1.2 |
"Client" shall mean the entity or person's name appearing on the order form. |
| 1.3 |
Any reference to the "equipment" and "services" shall mean the equipment and services listed in the quotation and
supplied to the client in terms of this Agreement.

Payment |
| 2.1 |
"INHOUSEVTM" is the preferred audio visual supplier at this hotel. All costs as per the agreement will be charged to and
included in the Client Master Account at the Hotel, and will be paid prior to departure from the Hotel as Specified
under the terms of the contract with the Hotel.

| 3 |
Breach and Cancellation |
| 3.1 |
"If this agreement is cancelled by the client, by written notice, for any reason whatsoever, less than seven (7) calendar
days prior to the booked date, the deposit (if any) and the balance of the contract price as listed on the quotation will
be forfeited to INHOUSEVTM and shall become due and billed to the Client's Master Account.

Warranties & Indemnities |
| 4.1 |
The parties agree that INHOUSEVTM shall only be liable for any direct injury, loss or damage, if such occurred due to
gross negligence of INHOUSEVTM in performance of this agreement. For the purposes hereof, any reference to INHOUSEVTM
shall include its servants, agents or contractors or any other person for whose acts or omissions INHOUSEVTM
may be liable in law.

Client's Obligation |
| 5.1 |
Client shall ensure that all venues, job dates and equipment specifications are correct. |
| 5.2 |
Client undertakes to provide access to the installation site to the extent possible and within clients control, but access
is ultimately under the direction of the hotel. If access is not provided and installation is not completed by INHOUSEVTM
at the stated date, client accepts and it is hereby recorded that INHOUSEVTM will not incur any liability as a result.

| 5.3 |
Client shall be responsible for the loss or damage to INHOUSEVTM's equipment after erection and installation on site
until the equipment is removed by INHOUSEVTM.

General |
| 6.1 |
All quotations and orders are subject to standard terms and conditions of business. |
| 6.2 |
2 Equipment availability can only be confirmed at the time of our receiving your acceptance of this quotation.
