BRADLEY COOKE – SIYAKHANYA AMBASSADOR FOR MAY 2009 @ SS NEWLANDS  INHOUSE VTM partnership with Southern Sun Newlands is growing stronger...with the partnership for Audio Visual support now established, our IVTM Manager at Southern Sun, Newlands , Bradley Cooke, is making sure that the excellent service of the hotel is upheld by always going that little extra to make sure that the guest experience is of the highest standard.
He won the Southern Sun, Newlands hotel Ambassador of the Month award for May 2009. As this is an award usually reserved for hotel staff, it’s a particular honour for our IVTM representative to have been selected. Bradley was nominated by three of his colleagues for his assistance on a daily basis in respect of banqueting operations. Guests love him as he also provides that special personal touch with regards to the setting up of the audio visual equipment. Herbex is just one example of a group that has returned to the hotel because of Brad’s amazing service. We are proud to have Bradley on our Team!
